Island Shores Estates Condominium Association was built in 1984 and consists of 269 units in three different styles referred to as town houses, garage-unders and capes. ISE is a family-oriented, pet-friendly community with amenities that include a club house, playground, pool, and upcoming dog park.

Questions, concerns, maintenance requests, additions to meeting agendas, etc. are handled through our property manager. All inquiries should be directed to our property manager. Office hours are limited - feel free to stop by the club house to see if the office is open. In-person meetings can also be arranged by appointment.
The Island Shores Estates Board of Directors is comprised of volunteer owners at Island Shores. The board meets monthly, excluding August and December. Any property owner may attend a meeting to view the proceedings (excluding Executive Sessions), with four “open” meetings per year where owners can voice opinions and concerns for a set amount of time. Minutes of board meetings are available through your account with Great North Properties. To request items be added to the board meeting agenda, inquire about your Great North Properties account, or for any other questions, contact the property manager.
