How do I address a concern with the board?

All questions and concerns should be directed to our property manager. Using existing documents like the Rules and Regulations and By-Laws, they are able to answer most questions. Other concerns will be forwarded to the board for discussion. Larger issues can be added to the agenda of an upcoming board meeting. If you have a concern you feel needs to be directed only to the Board, please read the guidelines for the board email (the email address is located in the document)

I’m about to move to Island Shores, what do I need to do?

Once you move in, a welcome packet will be provided to you that addresses the forms and important information you should be aware of as a new resident. If you have questions leading up to the move (ex. can you use your parking space to store a shipping pod), please contact our property manager to see what options are available.

I have a guest that is going to stay for a period of time. How do I accommodate their parking?

If you have a guest that will need to park their car for more than a day or overnight period, there are a few options depending on your scenario. Contact the property manager to coordinate your guest’s stay.

My car has been towed, who do I contact?
